It's an authoritarian regime-of COURSE they can censor anything they want and legally too according to their laws. In fact, most conutries have some form of censorship including the "Democracies".

United Nations just needs to bulldozed and rebuilt with all new people....Just like are house and senate....All corupted...Just imangine if we really had a goverment that really wanted to get things done. Some of them people have just been there way to long.......O'h well just venting...... :roll:
