Snickers are my downfall. I gained 20 pounds over last winter on Snickers and coke. It was nothing to Snicker at. :)

If this can be considered, bubble gum! I'm a gum freak, my girls actually love it since it's always around.

Next would be plain M & M's, from the fridge. Love them cold.

One daughter has a Peanut Butter allergy so we have to elimate many types of candies here in our house. She's that allergic, we all can't even eat it. Even if someone handed me a Reese Cup, I'd pass. Feel guilty eating it - maybe when she's off to college I'll get up the nerve again to eat PB candy. Plain M & M's contain small traces of peanuts but since I know Nina won't even eat one, we can have those around. It's the actual Peanut Butter that's messy and a problem. Gets on everything - TV remotes, computer keyboard, phones, etc.

LOL Miss Mary, I thought I was the only *adult* who still loves bubble gum, kinda funny to see a grey headed, long haired, bearded man walking down the street blowing bubbles! Candy bars....Paydays and those peanut patties from Clovis New, Mexico!

Dennis - another thing we have in common! In fact I like to say I'm just a bubble gum kid that never grew up. I blow bubbles in the car all the time. Do you blow inverted bubbles sometimes? LOL I will try blowing bubbles with just chewing gum too. Old habit. Very old habit. The best bubble gum ever IMO - the baseball card pack's BG - now that was the best ever tasting bubble gum. And I remember when it was almost a full sheet, same size as the cards. Does BG still come in baseball pack's? My daughter's into Baseball and the Reds, big time, and just buys 50 at a time. She looks at those little packs and says why bother? Laura says the large pack's are a better value. If only we had those available back in the day.....

Funny side note to this BG craze Dennis, I only like the BG taste in BG, not ice cream, just for one example. Kids think that's odd - we'll be out somewhere and they'll say - look Mom, they have bubble gum flavor, you should get that. Well, ice cream is ice cream and I'd much rather get that bubble gum flavor from the real thing!

I don't know, I haven't bought a pack of cards since I was 7-8 yrs old. I remember when I was a kid, I'd go to the barber shop for a haircut, afterwards the barber would give out *Double Bubble* gum (best gum IMHO), WalMart sells it in a 2# bag so needless to say, I have gum stashed all over the house, the cars, the pickups!

Quick question for you Dennis - how many fillings do you have? I have a zillion. LOL!!! My mom said I was too into candy as a kid and picked at my meals (I'll fess up, I did). And so I had many cavities/fillings growing up. Now I eat more healthy but I'm a product of the penny candy generation! And the glass soda pop bottle generation too. First of all, 25 cents went a loooonnnng way in a candy store back then. Big tables full of penny candy items - it was hard to choose sometimes! And then if you were out of money all you had to do is look along the side of the road for discarded bottles or raid your family's garage and turn them in for money. Ah, the good ole days.......now we sound anchient Dennis!!!!

Well Mary, for what it's worth, I don't have that many teeth left "LOL!" I'm about 6 months away from *falsies*. I was born with a calcium def., my teeth are/were terrible, they would break in half if I ate something hard.
