I think that TWC could substantially improve their product if the "Local on the 8's" was changed to the "Local on the 7's".

I don't know how many times I've had to wait a whole minute for the local forecast. People are busy in this day and age, and sometimes they just can't wait until an 8 !

Please forward this suggestion to the powers that be. I feel that this could have a significant positive effect at TWC.
