They'll probably just pretend to do so. I suspect that they'll cheat at the first opportunity on this.

I'll believe it when I see it. Standard operating procedure for communist countries: Make a good sounding agreement, drag feet, cause trouble, find excuses not to conform, delay, claim technical adherance while violating agreement, create a crisis, make threats, get more concessions from the democracies, blame the others for the breakdown, and then keep the weapons.

It's all part of a calculated plan to get something they want without giving up anything.

I'm (belatedly) reading Revell's "How Democracies Perish." This thing with N.Korea is following a familiar path as the relations with the Soviet Union, prior to Reagan.

Of COURSE, North Korea doesn't need to have its own weapons program...all they have to do is get it from Iran, which they helped to attain nuclear deterrent capability to begin with. :roll:
