I have to agree on the early morning rise. The first hour I have to myself before all the kids and dogs are up, and my husband already gone. I can just chill and think about my day with no interuptions. But soon as 7:15 rolls around, it's on.I think most kids are the same when they get up mine are all easily annoyed as well. Istead of one five year old, try two 7 year olds and a 3 year old. They can make the peaceful morning not so peacful real quick like. Fights break out quick in the morning hours. So even though I can wake up on the right side of the bed to begin with sometimes they can through me out of wack real quick like. But don't get me wrong I love, love, love my little rug rats. And couldn't imagine my mornings without them, even if they get up on the wrong side of the bed 90% of the time.azsnowman wrote:I'm up at 0300 in the MORNINGS now due to my class schedule for my bachelors degreeand I "NEVER" get up on the wrong side of the bed, I "LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOVE" getting up that early, the wifes asleep, the dogs are asleep (like normal people LOL!). So to answer the question, NO!

If I get up on the wrong side (the right side), I would have to climb over my wife, who sleeps on the right side. That is also the right side for her. If I were to climb over her, it would wake her up, which would definitely make her get up on the wrong side of the bed, even though its the right side. If she gets up on the wrong side of the bed, then I'd spend the next night on the couch. Since the couch is against the wall, there is only one way to get out of it, which happens to be the right side. Unless of course I sleep facing away from the TV, in which case I'd have to get out of the left side, which would still be right, because it's the only way to get out of it.
