It's My Mother...

I ask you all to pray for my Mom. She had a brain aneurysm on Wednesday and surgery to remove the aneurysm on Friday AM. During the procedure she did suffer a minor stroke. Please pray for my Mother...she is 57, dignified, active, and has a profound love of life and family. This is a difficult time for my family, but, we know she will pull through over time. Thank you.

Oh my, of course I will pray for your mother Sean. My husband's brother had a stroke, but the damage was very severe. I was encouraged to read it was a mild stroke and not massive. Please keep us updated on her progress. Encourage her to keep up with therapy, it's so important in the beginning. There are many stages stroke victims go thru, so be prepared for that also. We found several books helpful and found good info on the Internet.

My best to you, your mother and your family at this most difficult time. Prayers are a given - started the minute I read the first sentence.

Sean, I do not know you that well but with all the tragedies you've endured these past few months with Katrina and now you mother, your a STRONG person, hang in there Brother, let go and let GOD GO!

Thank you all, very much, from the bottom of mine and my family's heart. My parents lived in St. Bernard Parish and lost everything with Katrina. They had 17 feet of water in their home. It is a challenging time in life, but, I know that all will work out just fine in the end. Thank you, again, and keep praying! She's got a dangerous 10 days ahead of herself.
