New Years Resolutions

#1 Postby azsnowman » Tue Dec 27, 2005 6:55 pm

Well gang, here we are AGAIN.....the end of yet another year, where in HADES did THIS year GO  I mean for Crips sake it seems like it JUST started!! ANYWAY.....tis time for the yearly question, what are your New Years Resolutions if any?

I "used" to until THIS year NEVER made any BUT with the new police chief we have, I HAVE to loose 20 lbs. SO....with THAT said, bet ya can't guess what mine is?

None at this time...if I did, circumstances beyond my control would negate them anyway.

I have quite a few. One is to look for another job, if I don't receive steady work hours from the sub cafeteria job. Another is personal (long story) and a few others are health related - exercise more, cut out sweets, the usual!

Dennis, I need to lose about 20 lbs., as well! But, having
said that, over and over, year after year, I can only only
hope that it accidentally happens! Good luck
to you, bro!

My resolution is for better money management. I can see
all kinds of ways, if I would just buckle down, to add to my
savings account and have more saved back for those
"oh-my-gosh-it's-broke-and-I-gotta-get-a-new-one"
incidents!

Mary, I hope the employment door opens for you! And,
something you'll actually LIKE, as well!

OK, then, Bill - does Annabelle have any NY resolutions?

I was 2 for 3 from latst year, got myself a newer vehicle and paid down my credit cards. the third to go camping more didn't pan out, to much worky.

This year is to once again go camping more than once and to pay-off my credit cards. Got to quit charging but I do need a new TV.

I've got one ... I have allowed myself to slack off almost completely from my running, and I want to get back to a reasonable level - say 30 miles a week or so.

At the same time, I resolve to not go nuts with it like I have in the past and wind up running much more than that - there's more to life. :-)

Yada Yada Yada...20 lbs by April 1st. Same same, 2005.

No resolutions really...just try to eat healthy, get more exercise, and not complain over burned toast.

Wow, most of you have the same resolutions as I do. I need to eat healthier, exercise more and manage money better. I also want to keep in touch with my friends. It's amazing how work, no matter whether it's at home or at a business, can really make you loose touch with what's really important and that is family and friendships.

((HUGS)) everyone!!!
