Perhaps re-title the topic:
Which country is more dangerous to U.S. - Iran or North Korea?
Eric
I edited the title to add U.S.

Iran has a nut case for a president right now. In he already showng signs that he will wipe Israel if he gets nukes. In if he could he would blow American city or two off the map. North korea leader is not stupid in would not risk a nuclear war.
I think Iran is pretty much talking the way Hitler did in the late 1930s. Will history repeat but worst we will see...But it is not looking good.
Short of Iran wiping Israel off the map nothing will get done. In once Iran gets nukes nothing short of using our nukes will stop them.

Iran is by far the most dangerous to the US. First off they have a crackpot who is as loony as North Korea's leader but who is also a member of a lunatic cult within a religion that is rather less tolerant than others. In addition, the loonies in Iran are trying to become a nuclear power. Thirdly, Iran can easily (especially after they get nukes) control the Straits of Hormuz the entrance to the Persian Gulf and thus control how much oil we get from that region (remember Iranians are Persian)-that makes them a major threat to us economically and would encourage other dingbats like Kim and Hugo Chavez to spit in our faces without any fear of retaliation.

Clearly NK is the bigger threat of the two. They have nuclear capability as well as the means to deliver it. They are also strongly allied with China, another dangerous nation for us.
Iran is nothing but a diversion. As for their ability to tighten oil supplies, remember that a large majority of our oil comes from the Western Hemisphere.
