New $10's are out

#1 Postby pojo » Wed Mar 29, 2006 8:20 pm

I was at Wallyworld today and had 2 new $10's

Its weird looking at the $10's in color.

They are orangish in color with Hamilton off center (like the other bills) We The People is on the right side middle behind the Treasury seal. Lady Liberty's torch is on the left behind the other treasury seal. Hamilton watermark on left also.

I work as a cashier...those new $10s are wierd. I've only had a few of them, but the money safe always has trouble feeding them in for some reason. In my opinion, the American dollar is what it is because it's green. 8-)

Europe can keep their multicolored money.

The Aussies complained that our money was too close to each other.... $20's looked like $10's, etc. This might be help them decipher the bills

New 10's have been out for a couple weeks. I've seen quite a bit of them where I work.

Yeah, those 2's and 1's look so much alike. Not to mention, Hamilton and Jackson have an uncanny resemblance. :P
