I agree.

Bryce accepted accountability for the team's loss. But, in essence, it wasn't a loss at all. Synergy's jingle was simply preferred over Goldrush's by a tiny margin.

The team worked well together, aside from Lenny's inability to rhyme or contribute. At least, he was supportive and positive during the project. Failure is not an option, but I don't think they failed as a team. Sometimes, another company or group just happens to have the better jingle/slogan/poster/whatever. That doesn't mean that someone should be fired from the team with second best. Heck, if that was the case, I'm sure there'd be a lot of positions open for ad writers.

Of course, I'm basing my views on what I saw during the last part of the show (the tournament is on ).

I think its all in the way Bryce acted in the boardroom and the fact that he brought Lee into the boardroom to be fired because he observed a Jewish holiday and didnt participate in the task. He also was argumentative with Trump and kept interrupting him. Being late to an appointment doesnt help either-no employer likes that and he was the Project manager-should have gotten his people there on time.

Bryce really brought it on himself. It was his fault he got fired. He could have brought in the people really responsible for the loss and survived the boardroom.

Oh and the losing team manager gets fired quite a bit... it's nothing unusual since usually every bad decision comes back to them.

i am so glad i dont watch regular tv anymore. we didnt have any tv or cell phone (or regular phone for that matter) for ten days while on vacation and I didnt miss it one little bit!

Yes, this is my first time EVER watching the show!

The problem was essentially this... who did not perform at all? Yes, while Charmin and Yakum (I am sure that named is spelled horribly) did miss some things, the two ultimately were positively contributing to the group and created a "good" jingle. Personally, I think the music was much more of a problem than the lyrics... missing component or not.

Bryce brought Lee in so that the other two would not be fired. He felt that Lenny should go and so by bringing Lee in, he was essentially narrowing down the options. I don't think think Bryce brought it on himself... he was defending his decisions. Too often people don't let people speak... Trump was interrupting and so Bryce felt the need to interrupt to finish his point. This is one firing that I think was done in the heat of the moment and will be regretted later on. Also, the appointment thing was Charmin's fault. She scheduled it.

I agree it was Charmaine's fault... but the PM HAS to bring in the person in order for them to be fired. If they don't, it's their fault and comes back to them.

I actually think Bryce was sacrificing himself for the group. He didn't even want Lee fired when he brought him in(which is the whole point of bringing them in), and in the end, Bryce was fired because he didn't bring in anyone else that was responsible for the loss. Lenny is Lenny and his days are numbered, but that's not the big reason why they lost.
