I saw today RV and it's a good movie to see if you like fun movies.Next for me will be United 93 next weekend.

I saw the A&E version. Well, it was on A&E. It was real good, but I'm assuming that was a different United 93. Well, it has me confused.

There are two Flight 93 movies. I also watched the one shown on A & E conestogo flood. It was good but clearly made with a lower budget. The one that is out in theaters is much better I've heard.

What was also confusing was the Internet Movie Database site has two pages, one for each movie. After the first made for cable TV movie aired, fans were posting about that message board. But it was a MB for the yet to be released theatricial version. Maybe these 2 pages will clear it up:

I find it odd that 2 movies came out months apart about that tragic flight.

I heard the one at the theaters is quite graphically disturbing. But then again, it is something, perhaps, a LOT of Americans need to see to remind those of short memories as to just what we are fighting--and why. I don't know about you folks; but the thought of Iran getting nuclear weapons should be the number one concern about danger to world peace--the thought of ANY rogue nation or terrorist group these folks might slip one to is beyond frightening.

saw this movie staturday night. Very good, you know going in it will be hard, but I'm one of these that will watch any piece of 911 footage I can get. I will maintain my hatred for the cowards who killed in the name of their God, and will never forget the hero's of that day. The movie's real time, and you will (in case you have forgotten) relive those hours on that morning as though it were happening today. And yes...the tears were running down my cheeks near the end.

If only knives were not allowed on planes (back then). There is no way they would have ever pulled it off. They would have been beaten to a pulp by the passengers.

One thing I came away with from this movie is to never ever complain about screening at an airport, or any added security. Those f****rs walked right in like they were alter boys in their ties and business suits.

I also spent 4 hours last night watching Inside 911 on National Geographic.

Not sure if im gonna watch it or not. I will never forgot my then-boss walking into the restaurant that morning pale faced yelling to turn on the TV. Nor will I ever forget the carnage I saw, the deserted streets here, the shocked faces of my friends and co workers.

There was also "The Flight That Fought Back" http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0470764/ . I don't remember what channel it was on, but it aired on 9/11 of last year. It was weird watching "Flight 93" on A&E because I kept thinking I was watching the same movie (I wasn't). But then it ended with almost the same scene -- the field in Shanksville and closing text about how 3 planes hit their targets on 9/11 and how the fourth one, thanks to these heroes, failed to complete the terrorists' mission. Then, the list of crew and passengers names followed. Yet, it wasn't the same movie.

One of the things that freaked me out that day was hearing a plane flying after they said no planes were flying and everyone in the apartment complex running outside to see what was going on, it was a military jet, but everyone was freaking out.
