Anybody else watching AFI's 100 Years...100 Cheers on CBS?
They're on #88 right now, but I can't help but wonder if Rocky ranks up there as one of the top three.
A few that I hope to see on the list -- The Miracle Worker, Independence Day, and Rudy. I still cry every time I watch Rudy (yes, the football movie!) and I loved how the entire packed theater cheered and applauded after Bill Pullman's inspirational speech during ID.
What movies do you consider most inspirational? What movies do you recall watching on opening weekend and then standing and applauding or cheering with the crowd?
