Bad Habits

#1 Postby Janice » Fri Jun 16, 2006 9:47 pm

What is your worse bad habit? Sometimes it is embarrassing or sometimes you hide doing it?

Me... I am smoking again. But I will quit when I lose my 20 pounds.

Spending too much time on message boards.

That's what my wife and kids tell me but I don't listen to them.

I spend waaayyy to much money.......travel, concerts, rare coins, gourmet restaurants, art....

While I have enjoyed a good income......there has indeed been foolish spending.

Too much time on my PC, I wore all the letters off my keyboard in less than a year. I replaced my keyboard recently because after just over 2 years my E key was about to split in half, and several other keys had big dents in them, A and Left shift were worst other than E. Oh and over use of commas/run on sentences online.

John and I used to spend too much money too, but we always saved and paid ourselves first. We used to buy anything we wanted. Now we have a house full of stuff we will never use up the rest of our lives. Good thing we are planning to downsize... We really have everything we need, tons of clothes, so we don't have to shop anymore. I think we have enough clothes and everything to last ourselves the rest of our lives without buying anything. So, at least we do not have that shopping habit anymore.
