Some animals are super intelligent, but their capabilites only go so far. Take the ant, have you ever watched them form lines and they are all carrying items? They definately have some sort of plan for those items.
What are some things animals can do that man cannot do? Intelligent things like whales sensing activity.
Do you suppose since animals do not talk, they have a form of ESP or can communicate with other animals through other ways? I cannot see their sounds or grunting being enough of a language for them.

Animals communicate through body language, grunts and growls, and other ways ideal for their environment. People also communicate a lot through body language. What we use language for is symbolic reasoning. There is a whole other level of interaction that we engage in with our environments. Human beings do not simply respond to the world as it is in front of them, but the world as it has been, and the world as it will never be. We abstract things and then manipulate them in our brains, then express them through language.
Social creatures can get by through showing whether they are receptive or unreceptive.

We went to the Washington DC zoo once and my sister and I sat in front of the ape glass window for a whole hour. Someone was dropping t-shirts from the ceiling and the apes were grabbing them and putting them over their heads. I am sure they did not know that they were supposed to wear them, but the head and sleeve holes were going over their heads. Maybe they were watching the keepers showing them what to do. They tore those shirts apart. It was a riot.

I know you said things that animals can do that we can't and this doesn't quite fit that category, but it's still amazing.
Ants are the only animals other than humans to form armies. That is, they form large groups and carry out coordinated, timed attacks. All other pack animals simply attack individually. It's amazing to think of a tiny ant going through something we consider unique to us.
