I use to sit at my cube all day long that was just outside my boses office and make up parodys such as this and that is why it reminded her of me.. My favorite was that new song "You had a bad day" la la la.. I changed it to "you had a bad hair day.. etc.. etc.. lol.. I use to have them all rolling.. I miss it.. But nothing beats being your own boss these days. I am done punching the clock for otheres.. But the parodys will go on.. lol

Two things:
1) Go to weirdal.com to see how the master parodies that song. Scroll down to "You're Pitiful" and download the MP3 for free.
2) This was my desktop background image at my old job:

In our main admin tower, they have unbelievable and shockingly childish battles over cube locations and sizes. Some of them run around with rulers and tape measures, whining that Tom or Suzy's cube is a few inches larger. As a teldata tech, I had to help rewire entire sections because one supervisor's cubes were a tiny bit larger or smaller than a "competitor's". I am reminded of some of those nature shows, with 'bout a million birds nesting on some guano-covered little island - they way they fight and squak for territory. It has made for some great battles and lots of laughs, though.

Sounds like their own version of "Office SPACE".
