Congratulations. That is a good raise.

I got my 3 year review from my employer last week. I got a 65 cent raise. Nothing like being a degreed engineer with 11 years of experience. I was actually told by my boss that I make too much money and shouldn't get a raise, but I am getting one anyways. He wouldn't say why, but we both know. I do something tedious and hard that very few others are willing to do. So, he tossed me a bone so I don't go do it someplace else.

george.. my boss and my dept mgr both told me during my evaluation that I am "something special and they both hope I 1 day get a chance to be a dept mgr or even an assistant".

1 day I hope I manage a Wal Mart but that may not come for an eternity
