She is gone-Thanks for your prayers and support.

#1 Postby vbhoutex » Sun Sep 10, 2006 9:15 pm

MY MIL passed at 6:50 this evening with her entire family present. I want to thank everyone for their support and sustaining prayers. It has meant more than you can know to us as a family. As we work through our grief and acceptance of our new order as a family we continue to covet those prayers. What a wonderful second family I have here at STORM2K.

Sorry to hear that. It's sad, especially with the anniversary of 9/11 tomorrow. My condolences to you and your family.

Sorry to hear about that. At least you'll know she's not suffering anymore. More thoughts and prayers coming from your fellow Texan.

Sincere sympathy coming from Cincinnati tonight David. If it's any comfort, I was always so impresed with what a wonderful and loving son-in-law you were to her. Taking her into your home was very accommodating. She must have been very nice (like my dearly departed MIL was) and easy to get along with. I hope that brings you some comfort tonight. Each time you'd ask for prayers, I could tell she was like a mother to you. Which speaks volumes for your character, IMO.

So sorry for all of you.

Mary

David, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your MIL is free of all suffering and at peace in Heaven. May God wrap his arms around you and your family and give you strength and understanding. You will continue to be in my prayers. ((HUGS))
Take care my friend. If you need an understanding ear, I'm here.
