'So you want the results of an Autopsy. Was it done on yourself?'

This happened!

My surgical report on a lumpectomy for breast cancer stated I had my parotid gland removed. I cracked up. I asked the surgeon if he had done any unauthorized surgery on me and he was a tad upset until I showed him the document.
