Here we have two seasons, but the second one is a long one! Both seasons have their negatives and positives.

Winter: GOOD: It is not hot, little road construction, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and there are no annoying (painful) insects).
BAD: DRY, DRY skin, winter storms (when I need to drive), crazier drivers, and higher chances of getting sick.

Construction/sunburn/severe weather/heat exhaustion: GOOD: Warmer weather, but when it gets HOT and HUMID with air pollution advisories (no fun); severe weather (just don't get too out of hand); lighter in evening.

BAD: Sunburn, those really hot, humid days, construction (of course, it is good they are maintaining roads and building/expanding), and heat exhaustion.
