Just last year, I was seeing ads for USDTV, a supposedly "low cost alternative to cable" using an over-the-air antenna connected to special set-top boxes, showing 13 cable channels (not including The Weather Channel) and up to 30 local DTV stations. This service is only available for customers in/near Salt Lake City, Utah; Las Vegas, Nevada; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. More info can be read here on wikipedia..
To those who are in the above areas and have that particular service, do you think it's a deal or dud?
Personally, I think it's a dud...from the channel lineup they've provided.
