Why are those things there anyway? I felt bad for the second car. That guy was hurt!

You can tell all of those cars knew they weren't supposed to be going through there, but still tried to do it. The first car backed up and waited for a bus, and the second car only hit so hard because they were flying to try to get over in time.

seems to be a bus route. The buses are allowed through.

Looks to be a mixture of being partly pedestrianised, and also preventing cars from using it as a rat run.

Haha, I just love those things. Cities are full of 'm here, so I've seen some of these accidents as well. I don't feel sorry for those people, because they know they're not allowed to use that road; those poles aren't just decoration.
