Before watching this, I predict it's a video of home Christmas lights going with some music. It's about 1 years old. I did take a look at the window name before viewing the video.
EDIT: I was correct, same video and all. Oh, and a warning to people who don't like music stuck in their head for many hours, don't listen because that song got stuck in my head last year for 10 hours.

He was shut down last year because of traffic in his neighborhood. If emergency vehicles had needed to get into the neighborhood they wouldn't have been able.
The music is programmed by the homeowner to be broadcast on a certain radio station as you go by. It's not blaring from his house.
