A grenade is an explosive device, and in the manner he intended to use it, would cause a great deal of death and destruction...hence it was titled a WMD...as for this guy who was plotting...hope he has "fun" in jail...

It's nothing but a ridiculous scare tactic. "Weapons of Mass Destruction" is a phrase generally reserved for nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. By defining grenades as WMD's every nation on earth has weapons of mass destruction and we should invade. :lol:
