Tampa Bay Blockage
the Holland America Ryndam is now stuck in the Tampa Bay shipping channel. They lost power and is blocking the passage of all large boats. No electricity, heat, water, lights, or elevators.

It's not stuck under the Sunshine Skyway, is it?
