Prayers Urgently Needed

#1 Postby Rainband » Thu Dec 14, 2006 4:10 pm

One of my Best Friends wife, Suzy Cody had a lump in her breast. She had it removed to test for Cancer. Well they removed some of her lymph Nodes as well. All the areas are cancerous. He said that he is going to talk to the doctor on Friday because when suzy found out she couldn't stop crying and then left the house for a bit to think. What he does know is that She is supposed to have another surgery soon or they want her to have one . Suzy is a wife and a mother of 4, the twins just turned 4. She has a 14 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. She is in her late 40's. I have worked with her husband for 10 years now total between GC and now Wendys. He is my GM. He is one of those people that doesn't break down, he is an ex Marine.... He called me today and he sounded so lost and hopeless . I ask you all to please pray for this family. They really need Prayers. I am hoping that they caught this Cancer in the early stages and that she can be cured. This is a really sad situation especially around the holidays. I know the S2K prayer warriors have pulled together before, once or twice or more for me and my situations and for my friend mary. Please...everyone keep Suzy, Fred and their kids in your Prayers. God Bless you all (((HUGS)))

As a survivor of breast cancer I will certainly be praying for Suzy and her family. Please tell her husband to get her a copy of Dr. Susan Loves Breast Book. A friend gave me a copy and its everything you ever wanted to know about the breast and breast cancer but were afraid to ask. A must have for anyone going through this terrible disease. My motto is knowledge is power.

Suzy had her surgery and they could only remove one breast, she is a small woman and it had something to do with that. She started her chemo and is taking naseau pills. She feels like crap and is very weak. Please everyone keep the Prayers flowing. God Bless You all. God Speed.

Sincerely
Johnathan
