Latest Information (~1PM ET) :
- male suspect now in custody in fatal Tacoma, WA school shooting
- student shot at Henry Foss High School between 7:15 and 7:30AM PST
- first day of classes after winter break was set to begin at 7:30AM
- no one else injured in what witnessess describe as a "targeted shooting, not random"
- St. Joseph's Hospital: male victim died en route to hospital
- number of 1700 students 'herded' into gymnasium for a time during lockdown
- school was declared secure by 8:30AM and classes have been cancelled

I really hate school shootings, as pretty much everyone does obviously.. when I was younger I lived in Arkansas and a family friend was killed in the Jonesboro, Arkansas school shootings in which several people were killed.. that's one of my first really bad memories. :(

School violence has become entirely TOO commonplace. :(
