Local News Station Goes Times Square-ish

WFAA-TV (ABC affiliate) in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX debuts their newscasts at their new studios near American Airlines Center this morning. Features include outdoor news scrolls and gigantic TV screens. Click here to see the video.

As noted it's nothing new. WKRC here did the same thing from '01 to '05.
