Legal Help

#1 Postby Rainband » Mon Jan 08, 2007 9:37 pm

My friend Mary is going through hell with trying to get legal help. She needs a divorce and needs some pro bono legal help. I looked online and it just goes in circles. If anyone has any ideas please help. Her husband had a bad accident last year and his family went to court and got custody of him. The whole reason behind this is for money. Apparently there is going to be a settlement from the ladder company. Mary supports herself and cannot afford an attorney. She wants a divovce and wants what is best for Mario. Any Ideas.

I do not know any attorney that works pro bono on divorces. She could possibly find one that would let her make payments. She will need a female who is a pittbull.

You could call a legal service in her area or she could call any court appointed attorney. Some of those type attorneys are pittbulls and are excellent at what they do.

That is really sad to here that this has ended up like this. Kudo's to Mary for being an angel so that her husband will be taken care of. I don't talk like I am currently thinking about his parents and what they have apparently done!!!
