GRLEVEL3 problems

I recently downloaded GRLEVEL3 free trial.

It was working the first few days, but now, everytime I open a radar it sets to 6 minutes before an update and no radar image appears for up to 20 minutes.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have to have multiple windows open at once to see more than one radar, because I can't just keep moving on one window, or it goes to 6 minutes.
