I've never been a mindreader, but just imagine Saddam Hussein is one frightened man right now......both his sons shot and killed, and a $25 million dollar bounty on his head....
Saddam ain't no fool....a lot of loyal supporters, bodyguards, and even relatives can become turncoats for that kind of cash -- and Saddam knows it. I bet he's afraid to even take a doze....which makes me very happy

Personally, I do not believe that Saddam will allow himself to be taken alive. Remember the early reports that he procured one of those "suicide-bomber vests"? He doesn't fear US as much as he does his own people..IF he were to surrender or be otherwise "obtained".
Besides...if he does blow himself up, and a lot of our troops in the process, we will still have his spectre haunting the Iraqis due to lack of forensic evidence, and that's JUST what he'd want.
