Pirates Telescope - Need Help

Does anyone know the technical name for the spyglass used by pirates?

Cookiely I believe they are just called spyglasses in pirate lingo

Thank you so much. I thought it was called a spyglass but my sister thought it was ocular or something.

Ya I am 99.9% sure you are right.. An ocular I believe is one of the machines an optomatrist uses
