Another example of someone not following the rules and thinking they know it all - look what happend - such a tragic event.

That is so sad Dennis! What a tragedy and reading what happened to him and his reports is truly heartbreaking! :(

i agree ticka. this is a perfect example and in the end someone had to pay the price with his life because of pure ignorance. he is a hero all the same.
