What are your new years resolutions?

#1 Postby cycloneye » Wed Dec 26, 2007 7:49 am

Is that time again to think of your new years resolutions.

1-My first resolution is that my health continues to be good in 2008.

2-This one is a standard one,to have less weight, doing diets.

3-Making a Caribbean Cruise, and going to Europe for the first time.

Those are my resolutions. What are yours?

Same as last year, not to make 'em cuz I just end up breakin' 'em then I get depressed and ticked off with myself for breaking them...so why make 'em if you just break 'em? :ggreen:

My resolution is to make one, and not keep it, because that's what will end up happening.

But if that's my resolution, and I keep it, then that means I don't keep it, which would mean I did keep it, which would mean I didn't, which would mean I did, which would mean I...

Is that your NEW resolution?

I'm probably going to try to do more fun stuff instead of hanging around the house and junk.

My problem is not exactly weight. I don't feel fat, but I don't feel comfortable when I look myself and since weight is something that is in my hands, I can deal with that. I want to look fit when I look myself in the mirror. I will be taking a Weight Training class next semester and will be doing a diet. Lets see how that goes!!!

To go camping and backpacking more often.
To control my spending and start getting out of debt.
To be in better shape all year long.

Get rid of junk in my house.

Get more involved in charitable events. The casinos in Atlantic City usually have a variety of events from cleaning/painting homeless shelters, working in soup kitchens, clothing and toy drives, etc.

1. My wife, our son and myself are going to quit smoking. We're getting Chantix ASAP and going on the program.
