There was a Gun Battle at my Friend's Neighborhood

Earlier, I was chatting with one of my best friends who recently moved to Grand Prairie in the beginning of fall. He told me about a shootout that happened in his neighborhood at 11:20PM involving a suspect and an officer. At first he heard what he thought was firecrackers, but then he stepped outside only to see the deadly aftermath of the action. He and his family are doing OK.
