I think anything trying to develop in the Bahamas would have a tough time with Ike's outflow.

It appears it already is having trouble with Ike's outflow. You can see it on visible even. The outflow is huge. Josephine could be organizing more up into the convection. Right now it looks like it is wiping out.

This is not related to Ex Josephine.That is why is a new thread for 91L.If NHC clarifys about this,and says,91L is related to Ex Josephene,then the thread I made will be locked.
