(this question is primarily directed to admins/moderators)

What is Storm2K's rules with avatar pictures? For example, can I just use any picture I want off the internet? Can I use one of a software I own? (eg. like a picture of a hook echo on weather radar)

Also, something I noticed that probably should be addressed in the Talkin' Tropics forum....

Could someone please 'Sticky' the Disclaimer for forecasts in that forum? It would be very helpful in the future.

You can use just about any avatar you care to within reason of course. A hook echo on a radar is not a problem unless it is a copyrighted symbol of that software.
