Not able to log in on a comp other than at home

Here is the deal. I can log in just fine at home. But when I try to log in from a comp other than at home, I cannot. It just returns me to the main forums homepage. I make sure that I have entered my correct password and everything. I know it could be a cookie issue but I doubt my mom or the public library would want me deleting their cookies.
