time zone

Ok, can somebody find out why the time zone info is changing from UTC - 4 hrs to UTC - 5 hrs and listing DST after it?

UTC is a coordinated universal time standard based on a high precision atomic clock standard. LOL.

.. although, I didn't know that till today.

- we had the courtesy not to ask any questions, and they had the courtesy not to try and find out the answers.
Those were good times, as far as we knew.
