If anyone want to if they got MSN Messenger, to be my weather alert on it? I would appreciate it alot. I won't bug you on it. B/c I know you are very busy weather people.

Doesn't The Weather Channel advertise some service that they can e-mail/text you if significant weather (watch/warning) is issued in your area.
Any PM buddy you have would sleep/otherwise be away from the computer at least a third of the day.
And, of course, Radio Shack et al sell NOAA tone alert radios, some that are programmable.

Yes they do but I got a light on my msntv that blinks when a email comes. But that really don't tell me that a warning is coming on. I don't have a weather radio & I thought I try to find people that might want to test to see if MSN Messenger is the best way as a part of the warning system b/c I thought its great idea. One guy is doing it for Yahoo messengers.
