Weird IP block

This morning I surfed over for my morning dose of S2K, I was not logged in, and a message which appeared to be in the format of this forum said "IP permanently blocked" - "Reason - personal attack on administrator". I'm like HUH?>!????

I tried to log in from my home computer and it gave me the same message. Here at work, I can log in fine, and post.

I've never personally attacked anyone, so could someone get to the bottom of why I can't read S2K from my home?
