Help?

Can someone please tell me what I can do about a small glitch? I just registered here today, but it won't let me login as it says I am not registered. I never received the email that I was supposed to get when I did the registration, and when I tried to re-register under the same user name, it tells me the name is already taken. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks!!
