New MB Look

#1 Postby southerngale » Sat May 17, 2003 12:21 pm

First of all, it looks cool. :D

I've got a question though. Now I have to scroll across to see the last few columns on each page. Like for instance, on the Forum Index, I can't see who made the last post without scrolling across and in each individual forum I can't see the Views or who made the Last Post column. Also, I have to scroll across now just to read each message. I'm sure this sounds petty because I know I can scroll across to see, but when I'm flipping through pages 90mph (maybe a little exaggeration  ) it is a little time consuming to have to move my cursor to the bottom and scroll across every single time. DON'T LAUGH AT ME PLEASE!!!!! :? lol
I am just wondering if there's a way to get my full screen back. I know somebody is going to say "Buy a bigger monitor!"

I've also noticed that the Storm2K is missing in the top title bar of the page.

The new template is set for a monitor resoluion of 1024x768. You should be able to change that with out buying a bigger monitor :-) To give it a try follow these steps:

1. Go to your desktop
2. Put the mouse in a blank area of the screen
3. Right click and select properties
4. Go to the settings Tab
5. In the lower right should be a setting called Screen Area
6. Move the slider to the right until it says 1024x768
7. Hit apply

Thanks mf...I tried that but it looks like I'm trying to see my page from California so I'll just wait until the 24 hours is up and get my old template back. I do like this one, but scrolling for every message I read is driving me nuts! :6:

Btw...what happened to the Emoticons page? It looks weird. All of the emoticons are shrunk and some aren't showing up.

We'll have to look at the emoticons page to see what's going on. I see what you're saying though. :-)

Guess I'll live without the Storm2K in the titlebar...

Chad, what did I say wasn't working? You mean when I change the resolution?

The Emoticons page still looks weird when I click on it.

I'm having to scroll across to read messages, too -
kind of annoying...(*duck!)

So, I tried resizing the screen - DANG, Marshall!
LoL, that ain't FUNNY to do that to an old blind woman
with a 15" screen! :o :P

It kinda looked like this.....
