Joshua, what does an "Internet keyboard" do, that a "regular keyboard" doesn't do?

It has buttons on it that allow the user to access the internet from the keyboard... can also use it to get to e-mail or other apps.

I have those sort of buttons above the numbers on my keyboard... I apparently have an "Internet Keyboard" -- have no reason to use those buttons, as far as I know... will have my computer three years on June 30th.
