What is the format for posting a avatar? I totally forgot. I know it goes something like this

Go into your profile and down at the bottom in the avatar control panel all you need to do is hit the browse button and find a picture you want from your computer and hit open and then submit. If you want to put an image in your post then you need to have the image hosted and uploaded first. Hope this helps. :D There are some new rules to the size of the avatar you can use, here is the link.
