When you hit the reply button, there's a little boxed image just below the B for bold. When you highlight it, it should say "Insert Image: [img]http://image path[/img]"

Click on that, insert the link, and hit OK. That should do it!

Just remember not to cut copy or paste what you wrote. That what it looks like you did. B/c if you click image button then cut copy page the url after you add in your url it will look like this:
