There is pretty much nothing with this invest right now, just some very weak convection indeed. SHouldn't think anything will come of this.

It's always an event for me to see something popping up in the CPAC. I love these storms! Funky names, almost never threaten any land, and traveling out of nowhere in the Pacific. Best of luck, 91C!

Well, I can't say that hasn't happened before. The name of the Super Typhoon escapes me right now.

EDIT: Super Typhoon Gordon, 89! Still waiting for an image of this one supercell, for proof.

EDIT 2: Hold that thought. May have found it? http://i50.tinypic.com/28irubo.png I don't know, It's hard to tell from so far away. Anyway, back to 91C.

Amazing to see it really is just one cell that is left and its so compact...and yeah Gordon really did come from just one storm cell, amazing to think it became so potent!
