Hurricane by the Belize/Yucatan landfall doesn't seem so far-fetched.

When should the special advisory be out? My guess is TD for the special, and TS at 11.

They are deciding on where the watches and warnings are to go im sure, which is taking time...and also writing a discussion explaining why they are going with ONE set of models over the other I would think.

Disclaimer: I'm likely the smartest guy here... but I have no idea where a tropical cyclone will go. I suggest you take my opinion as a grain of salt. I suggest you look to the National Hurricane Center for accurate info.

Recon still out there...found pressure of 1004.3 in 16 knot winds, so the minimum pressure should be a bit lower. We'll know in a few minutes.

Found minimum pressure of 1002.9

Holy Carp! BUT unfortunately, it doesn't look like a fish and doesn't have anywhere or any way to fizzle unless it gets onshore and soon.

The weather channel online was mentioning that it's "drifting" which means that perhaps my intensity estimates are way too low. I thought it was moving much faster. Still trying to get caught up on the maps.

Plant grower, I think you mean IF it becomes a hurricane. Too early to say if that would even happen.
