Thanks for the info, Brunota. I've been a lurker for a few years, but not an active poster. So I'm still learning the ropes when it comes to posting. Thanks for pointing out my error, Cycloneye, and thanks again for the info, Brunota!

Andrew, check out the recon thread for the graphic. That's the best we know right now. Looks to be under some convection. And update that signature of yours. ;)

Turning to head out NE, so we should get some idea of strength as well.

No problem, ravyrn...we all got to learn somehow! Also, whenever there is a RECON thread, there will always be a recon discussion thread as well, where you are allowed to ask as many questions as you want about recon!

Yes, it looks like this one is tucked into the convection a little better than the old one.

Here is the graphic:

Go figure you bring in a whole graphic! Thanks for that, too, I might have to steal it for my own use! (Especially breaking down the actual degrees and figuring out where one like W starts and one like WSW ends.)

Last image for this Recon flight...they're throwing up the Deuces. They did close off the LLC and released a VDM:

I forgot to post the link of the wind directions and degrees for the members to bookmark it as many members may not know the exact degrees of the wind directions.

The question of this misson is if they will find a close circulation or an open wave.

Looks pretty clear on satellite. I'd be shocked if its a wave.

What was that little loop they just made? Just a detour to check on a the 40 knot winds in a squall line? They turned 270 degrees left instead of 90 degrees right.

37 knots at FL but they're flying pretty low, that may be enough to bump Bonnie back to TS
