Updated precip totals for Conson through 18 July 00Z.

Unfortunately, it appears Vietnam does not transmit 24-hour precip groups on their synoptic observations... so no precip totals for them.

We've had severe rainfall yesterday and today which the Met Service here puts down to being influenced by Conson, although not directly from Conson. We had about 179 mm (7 inches) of rain in just two hours yesterday morning. For comparison, our mean monthly total for July is just 158.3 mm.
