didn't the NOGAPS get it right early with Alex? Atleast before the CMC, GDFL, and HWRF.

Alex proved the models aren't going to be useful is this storm has alot of time over the GOM waters.


Track is certainly oddly reminding me Pre-Alex. Model spread is literally from brownsville to alabama.


(I try not to use these...but lol)

well yeah, but intensity is an educated guess. There is no skill in the intensity forecast. All categories are still in play here...TS-Cat 5.
